The Assertiveness Workbook by Randy J. Paterson is an excellent
book for anyone wanting to learn more about, and improve upon, their ability to communicate assertively to other people.
Drs. Robichaud and Dugas are well known Canadian experts on
worry, anxiety and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. These psychologists
have published a number of research articles on these topics, and are on the cutting edge of knowledge about how to treat GAD.
Drs. Martin Antony and Richard Swinson are well known researchers and therapists in Canada and abroad, and considered experts in their field. This book is very well know about psychologists, and is a top choice for those who struggle with perfectionism. Perfectionism is not necessarily the need to be perfect, but occurs when we rigidly hold very unhealthy and unrealistic standards.
